Newport Beach –  It’s time to sign up to play in the 2nd Equal Challenge Tournament this Friday at Newport Beach Table Tennis Club. The event begins at 6:30pm, with the first serve starting at 7:00pm. At last Friday’s tournament, Crispi Chang won. Can you beat him? Come out Friday to find out!

Players from around the Orange County and Los Angeles areas are expected to participate this Friday. If you have heard the following statement,

“I may only play at one club, but I’m king of that club”

then we encourage you to invite the king to the Equal Challenge Tournament. Here in Newport Beach, we play like a lions! Check our gallery to see for yourself.

If you play at the same club with the same people year after year, then expand your horizons by participating in the Equal Challenge Tournament, where you will compete against various players with different sport styles. This is the only tournament where the player with a typical high rating may feel the frustration of a low rating player. We believe this gives a fair opportunity to all participants in the tournament.
