The Importance of Stretching at Newport Beach Table Tennis

It doesn’t matter your age or how good your are when it comes time to play table tennis.

Maintaining good flexibility is important not only to reduce injuries, but to improve your movement and footwork. Therefore, finding the time to do a proper warm-up and cool-down while training is essential. All you need is a few minutes of active warm-up, such as jumping and jogging. Follow this by stretching areas such as the neck, shoulders, back and legs, as well as rotating the shoulders, back and ankles to increase the ease of movement of these body parts. When stretching, hold each pose steadily for 20-30 seconds.
